Our studio in Bangsar Village II was founded on a simple frustration: too many lash sets in Kuala Lumpur look identical. We answer with bespoke mapping, feather-light Korean fibres and adhesives matched to our tropical humidity — because what survives a KL afternoon is not what survives a Seoul winter.

Your eye shape is measured and a lash map is drawn, choosing curls and lengths zone by zone.

Application

You rest on a memory-foam bed while your artist works. Most clients fall asleep — we take it as a compliment.

Aftercare

You leave with a care kit, written instructions and a complimentary adjustment within 72 hours.

Asked before every first visit

Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?
Not when applied correctly. Damage comes from oversized fibres, clumped adhesive or picking. We weigh every extension against your natural lash and will decline work that risks your lash line — it happens about once a week, and clients thank us later.
How long does a full set take?
A classic set takes around 100 minutes, hybrids about two hours, and full volume up to two and a half. Lash lifts and brow services run 45 to 75 minutes. We never double-book, so your slot is entirely yours.
How often do I need infills?
Most clients return every two to three weeks. If you retain at least 40 percent of the set, it counts as an infill; below that we recommend a fresh set for even results.
Can I wear extensions with sensitive eyes?
Usually, yes. We stock a low-fume adhesive and offer a complimentary patch test 48 hours before your appointment. Tell us about past reactions when you book and we will plan accordingly.
What should I do before my appointment?
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes, skip caffeine if you can (it makes eyelids flutter), and avoid curling your lashes for 48 hours beforehand. Contact lens wearers should bring a case.
Is parking available at the studio?
Yes — Bangsar Village II has covered parking with direct lift access to Level 3. We validate parking tickets for appointments over RM150.
Do you take walk-ins?
Occasionally we can fit a brow tint or lash removal, but sets are by appointment only. Booking two to three days ahead is usually enough outside holiday seasons.
