Built by artists, not investors

Cleanozh opened in 2019 with two beds and a conviction that Kuala Lumpur deserved lash work held to international competition standards. Our founder trained in Seoul and Melbourne before coming home to Bangsar, and every artist since has been trained in-house — 800 supervised sets before their first solo client, then quarterly skills audits for as long as they hold tweezers here.

We stayed deliberately small. Four treatment rooms mean no production-line lashing, no overheard conversations, and an artist who remembers how you take your tea.

The Space

Designed for the nap you deserve

Memory-foam beds, weighted blankets on request, adjustable warm lighting and a strict quiet-hours policy after 6pm. Appointments are buffered so you never pass another client at the door, and each room is reset with hospital-grade sanitation between guests.

Four promises we keep in writing

Lash health above revenue

If your natural lashes cannot safely carry the set you want, we will decline the booking and design a recovery plan instead. This costs us money weekly. We consider it marketing.

Transparent pricing

The price on the page is the price at the counter. No surprise "premium fibre" upsells once you are horizontal and vulnerable.

The 72-hour promise

Anything that feels wrong within three days — a poking lash, uneven curl, premature shedding — is adjusted free, no questions, no receipts.

Single-use, every time

Micro-brushes, under-eye pads, mascara wands and shields are opened in front of you and binned after you. Tweezers are autoclaved between every client.
