These terms govern bookings made with Cleanozh Beauty Studio Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202301048762 (1520943-K)), operating as Cleanozh Lash & Brow Studio at Lot 3-07, Level 3, Bangsar Village II, 2 Jalan Telawi 1, Bangsar, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By booking an appointment or using cleanozh.com you agree to them.
1. Appointments
All treatments are by appointment. A booking is confirmed only after you receive our written confirmation by email, WhatsApp or SMS. Requests sent through the website form are not confirmed bookings until we reply.
2. Arriving late
Please arrive five minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten your treatment or, where the remaining time cannot deliver a safe result, reschedule it; a rescheduling under this clause is treated as a late cancellation.
3. Cancellations and no-shows
- Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours before your slot: free, unlimited, no hard feelings.
- Within 24 hours: a fee of 50% of the booked service applies to your next visit.
- No-show without notice: the full service fee applies before a new booking is accepted.
Genuine emergencies happen; tell us and we will use judgment rather than a script.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to disclose relevant allergies, eye conditions, recent eye surgery, pregnancy and medication that affects treatment safety. Patch tests are offered free 48 hours ahead and are mandatory for first-time tint and lamination clients. Withholding health information voids clauses 6 and 7 below.
5. Age requirements
We treat clients aged 18 and over. Clients aged 13–17 require a parent or guardian present for the entire appointment and their written consent.
6. Our guarantee
If extensions shed unusually or a lift drops within 72 hours of application, we adjust it free of charge. This guarantee assumes you followed the written aftercare provided; it does not cover deliberate removal, oil-based product use or mechanical damage.
7. Liability
We carry professional treatment insurance. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the price paid for that service, except where Malaysian law does not permit such a limit — nothing in these terms restricts rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. We are not liable for reactions caused by conditions or products you did not disclose.
8. Gift cards and promotions
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, are transferable but not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless a promotion says otherwise in writing.
9. Photography
Before/after photos are taken only with your written consent and you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing [email protected]; withdrawn images are removed from our channels within 14 days.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute falls under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
